Sabrinna de Sousa Puts On Dominant Display In PFL Debut

Between 2019 and 2023, Sabrinna de Sousa was impressive in her work through the IMMAF, picking up multiple tournament titles during that span. She then made her pro MMA debut in 2023 and has gone 3-0 since, scoring finishes in all three fights and picking up a regional title. De Sousa last fought in May, picking up a TKO win over Sara dos Santos.

Saray Orozco is a Mexican fighter who has competed for various promotions and is a former strawweight champ on the regional circuit. Orozco has eight wins to her name but is still seeking her first PFL win. Orozco was in action this past June in Wichita, dropping a decision to Ilara Joanne.

Round 1

She gets Orozco to the fence, but Orozco with a Whizzer to stay upright. The two are against the fence. Right hand by Orozco as she makes her way to the back. De Sousa is originally too high, but she resets. We’ve got a battle for wrist control, and de Sousa manages to lock up a body triangle.
