Mohammad Fahmi Scores Another Upset And Makes Way Into PFL MENA Lightweight Title Fight

Mohsen Mohammadseifi finds himself back in the semifinals as he continues his journey to repeat as PFL MENA lightweight champion. Mohammadseifi’s championship collection also includes five Wushu Sanda World Championships gold medals, as well as multiple medals in the Asian Games, Asian Championships, World Cup, World Games and Islamic Games. Mohammadseifi swept the scorecards against Ahmed El Sisy in their First Round matchup in May.
Grappling is the bread and butter for Mohammad Fahmi, a black belt in both judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He comes into tonight with a 5-0 pro record, with four of those wins coming with a finish. Fahmi pulled off perhaps the biggest upset of the tournament thus far in his first-round matchup in May, stunning with a first-round submission of Georges Eid.
